Returns

We hope you will be pleased with your online order, but if you should be dissatisfied with the goods that have been delivered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund. This is subject to the goods being returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed with all the labels still intact, within 14 days.

When trying on briefs and thongs, please ensure you try them on over your own underwear.

If you wish to return the goods to us, then please follow these returns guidelines:

1. Complete the Return Form sent out with your delivery paperwork, specifying why you are returning the goods.
2. Attach the FREEPOST returns label to your package. There is no need to add stamps as we will pay for the return of items sent within the UK.
3. Take to the Post Office and obtain a certificate of posting for your records.
4. We will process your return and refund the price of any items returned within 5 days of receipt.
