Online Bra Sales Success!

A higher percentage of UK adults bought or ordered goods and services over the internet in 2009 than in any other EU country.

Eurostat figures highlighted in a chapter of Social Trends published by the Office for National Statistics showed that 66 per cent of people aged 16–74 had bought goods or services online in the UK, compared with 56 per cent in Germany, 45 per cent in France and an EU average of just 37 per cent.

Of the top 10 e-tailers in January 2010, six were fashion businesses, including La Senza in 2nd place, Topshop in 3rd, Net-a-porter, Figleaves, Debenhams and Harvey Nichols in 4th, 7th, 9th, and 10th place respectively.

Combined with the recent Which report that says that High Street shops are failing to measure and fit bras correctly, this means internet shopping has never been more attractive for purchasing lingerie. So ladies, ditch the High Street and come to Harwayes online!
